Hi all, sorry it has been so long since my last post, lack of inspiration i suppose. So i though i would bring you up to speed on current events. First of all I have Finally got my all important Dissertation done a dusted and handed in which is a great relief, and now i have just finished my management of change assignment which was the most irritating assignment i have ever had to do, personally i am not so keen on the business side of things being more of a computer person, so i will always try and stick to what i am good at rather than venture too much into the area of business, but i guess this stuff we need to know for the future so i will just have to put up with it for now at least.

Two of the most stressfull hours of my life
Hi everyone, thought i would rant a little bit about my morning just to get it off my chest so i can stop worrying about it. This morning I had a two hour exam on the subject of management of change, more specifically drivers of change and perpetual change managment. Two subjects which i myself am not the strongest at, infact it was only two weeks agi that i managed to grasp the concept behind perpetual change thanks to a great book called ‘my ice burg is melting’ its a fable about how penguins deal with needing to change iceburgs because of the way climate change has affected their current iceburgs structural integrity, its a great bug very short and easy to understand and would recommed it to anyone starting out in this area.

The 1st Degree
Hi everyone, i just wanted to tell you about something really exciting that i have only just found out about this week, and kind of ‘blow my own trumpet’ a little bit, because if i won’t who will you know. Anyway yes the exciting news, i got some awesome feedback from my college lecturer the other day that there is a really good chance that i will be able to achieve the highest grade available for my BSC Dissertation, The highly coveted 1st grade which should really boost my weighted average for my year because i am currently hovering between a 2.1 and a 2.2, so along with my dissertation i am really going to have to push myself in my final two modules to try and get either 2.1 or a 1st for the whole year so that my chances of getting a decent career in the world of work would be raised as well as being able to progress to a Masters Degree next year, of which i am really looking forward to, i know it will be hard but i believe it will most certainly be beneficial to my future in IT.

Music Madness
Hi everyone, just thought i would keep you all up to date with my new and riveting music career lol. So far I am getting better at my chords and even branching out a little bit with some of the harder bar chords, I don’t quite have them right yet, i think i need to build some strength in my little finger for the high ‘E’ string cost it tends to ‘twang’ a lot when i play but its something i am working on

Guitar Greatness
Hi guys, I’m introducing a new category of music as i though it might be fun to keep you up to date with my new musical hobby. I have just started to properly learn classical guitar after a few months of actually owning a guitar, i originally bought it with the hope of doing an adult education course at my local high school, but that went to pot when they could not find a teach for the course on the night that i wanted and that was in October, but now i have the suport of two great people from my church band, it’s bass and guitar player, and so far i am having great fun.
It’s been a couple of weeks now and i’m getting pretty good at my chords and a little bit of Tab playing, and i have just been practicing what i know and putting chords together to make some pretty cool sounds and i can play one or two proper songs and hopefully more soon, and after a couple of months of practice i should hopefully be good enough to play with the church band on occasion when im not being sound man or projectionist
Thats it for now, i will try and keep you up to date with my progress as often as i can (be bothered to

Weekend with the Wild! bunch
Hi everyone, me again… i know, i know, your all thinking “two posts in one day *stunned*”, but i figured hey its my blog why not use it .
Anyway, i thought i would tell you about another exciting weekend ‘Spiritual Retreat’ with my christian friends, but this time not to the luxury of Nottingham University, a city by the way with one of the highest car crime rates in England so there you go, it’s not just famous for robin hood and his band of marry morons *cough*… men, no instead we shall be exploring the far reaches of Prudoe in a victorian style conference…i know sounds riveting, but at least its in the middle of no where and you won’t get your car broken into lol.

Freshly Fallen FireSeeds
This weekend i had such an amazing time in Nottingham at the FireSeeds conference, i got to spend the whole weekend just feeling so close to God. I really enjoyed spending time with many of my friends from Newcastle as well as those made in Israel ad it was great seeing them again after so long. i also got the chance to make so many new friends it was incredible, because i don’t usually find making friends an easy thing, but i just felt really comfortable with it.

Exciting Times Ahead
Hi all, it’s pretty early off the mark for me to be writting my second blog entry in less that twenty four hours i know, but i felt the need to share. Early tomorrow I will be heading off early (5AM!!!) down to nottingham to a christian student conferrence at the uni there, and for once in my life i feel really excited about going down to somewhere strange and talking to people about my faith, I mean generally i would be pumped upto the eyeballs with nerves and be having a breakdown before i even stepped out my front door. But not this time, i guess because it would be considered a picknick compared to my experiences on mission last summer. There is also the prospect of seeing some of my old friends from that mission that really gets me excited, to see people i haven’t seen in about 6 months or so, and i really can’t wait so see them again . I really feel the spirit hyping me up for this one and that always makes me feel excited.

Thats right I’m back, so far my old blog has been little more that something to do when I’m not milling about doing something else like sleeping or jumping up my stair cases (sad i know but when your board you will do anything to keep yourself busy) and unfortunately i have developed a huge addiction to facebook and if you are reading this then it was proabably a link from facebook anyway.
